Mobility Pay Issue


We are in dispute with the company on the pay for CSR's at top pay.

The CWA's position is that the agreement provided an upgrade of $38.50 per week & a 3% increase.

We need to stand together and show the company they cannot violate the agreement we ratified.

Arbitration is in process.

The raises will come.....We have to remain strong ... The company will see they can't "change the intent" after the fact.

Please be patient, but viligent and ready for mobilization.
